At Ascend Occupational Therapy, we’re dedicated to helping older adults live safely, independently, and with confidence in their own homes. Based on the South Coast of NSW, we offer mobile occupational therapy services across the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla regions—from Nowra to Moruya.

We work closely with Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) providers, as well as privately-funded adults seeking practical, personalised care. Whether it's home modifications, equipment prescription, or building everyday independence—we’re here to help you or your loved one flourish with the right supports.
