Our Story

 

Ascend Occupational Therapy was founded from a genuine commitment to preventative healthcare and a passion for helping people live safely and independently at home. Based on the South Coast of NSW, Ascend provides mobile occupational therapy services across the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla regions. Our mission is to support older adults to remain active, connected, and in control of their lives.

About Me

 

With a strong background in community aged care, I am dedicated to supporting older adults to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and meaningful participation in daily life. I offer personalised, goal-oriented interventions developed in collaboration with clients, families, and care providers to ensure outcomes are both practical and personally significant.​

I have worked with older adults across a range of settings including hospital, community and residential facilities, supporting individuals with age-related conditions, chronic health concerns, and palliative care needs. I focus on providing evidence-based, practical solutions that support people to thrive at home and within their communities.

At Ascend, my focus is on providing timely, high-quality occupational therapy services to adults living in the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla areas.
